Danielle Cantlon (Senior Research Consultant, ACRS) will share key learnings from the World Retail Congress. Maddie Livesey (General Manager, The General Store) will share key learnings from Retail’s BIG Show 2017. This BIG Show addressed innovation as a top priority for retail, specifically innovations around the customer experience, data and analytics, AR and VR, and co-creation.

Sean Sands (Associate Professor & Managing Director, ACRS) will share key learnings from SXSW, which was dominated by intelligent machines and a wave of new start-ups. SXSW also explored how marketers can gain consumer attention in an increasingly cluttered world.
