Welcome to the new RETAIL INSIDE OUT Series of events from POPAI ANZ. The second in this series is an exceptional event at the Blackmores Wellbeing Centre, Bondi Junction. All of our events include a private and behind the scenes tour of stand out retailers and their environments. Tours will be accompanied by insightful presentations from industry leading local and/or international speakers, including the agencies behind the store and customer experience design.

Private tour from Paul Di Vito - Chief Marketing & Digital Officer, Blackmores - at the recently launched Blackmores Wellbeing Centre, Westfield Bondi Junction. The store tour is followed by an inside look at the store and customer experience design, from Deloitte's Robbie Robertson. This store is a new concept in wellbeing retail. Understanding the store, it’s learnings to date and it’s future is something you don’t want to miss. And a special wellbeing breakfast, courtesy of Blackmores, will be served!

Robbie Robertson is a global, award-winning strategist connecting retail, brand and customer experiences to tangible business solutions.
With 18+ years experience in New York, London, Australia and Asia, he is also an industry commentator and speaker - ADMA Forum, Good Design Australia’s Design as Strategy Forum, AIMIA and POPAI events, Talaris and others.
Robbie’s expertise in retail has helped brands such as Apple, BlackBerry, Coca-Cola, Caltex, Ford, IBM, Shell, Vodafone, and Bupa develop winning consumer strategies, overhaul brand identities and create innovative and immersive customer experiences.
With both a Masters in Urban Design and a MBA, Robbie represents a new and distinctive multi-disciplinary voice in the creative industry.
