Specifically, Jason has worked across a wide range of industries from Food, Beverage, Liquor, Tobacco, Pharmaceuticals, Health and Beauty, Consumer Electronics and Online to help develop growth strategies and build capabilities to extract maximum shareholder value and deliver high levels of Customer satisfaction.

Mark is the Chief Executive Officer at Megara (Australia) Pty Ltd. Mark has over 20 years’ experience in the plastics manufacturing and recycling industry. Megara is an Australian company that is in the business of manufacturing environmentally-responsible plastic substrates - many of which are utilised in the production of customised POS and packaging solutions. Throughout his various roles at Megara, Mark has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience working across multiple segments of the retail value-chain; these include POS convertors, creative agencies, and brand-owners operating within the retail sector. This depth and breadth of experience provides a solid foundation from which to add value as a member of the POPAI Executive Committee.

Michelle Casey has more than fifteen years of marketing experience and is the current Channel Marketing Lead for Microsoft in Australia; Michelle is passionate about marketing and customer insights and experiences. With a focus on the technology Industry Michelle has led retail and channel marketing teams across Microsoft, Nokia Mobile phones and within the security anit-virus industry. With recent focus online, digital marketing and through the line campaigns, Michelle is always interested in innovation in retail.
